The daily answer is the secret crafting pattern for the current UTC date. It is not a paragraph on this page. Play the puzzle first. After the round ends, the board can show the pattern you were guessing.
The daily answer changes at 00:00 UTC
Minecraftle’s daily puzzle is one recipe per UTC day. At 00:00 UTC the shared answer changes. A page that pasted yesterday’s grid into a heading would be a wrong “today” for anyone who arrives after the reset, and it would be a spoiler for anyone still inside the same UTC day. This page stays the same on purpose. The board is what changes.
Local midnight is not the reset. If it is still evening where you live, the UTC date may already have flipped, or it may not flip for several hours. The countdown on the homepage is the time left in the current daily. That countdown, not a blog post, tells you when the answer rotates.
Everyone on that UTC date shares the answer. That is why posting it in public text is different from telling a friend your score. Your share text is a grid of Correct, Move, and Not needed marks. It does not name the recipe. Friends who open the daily still have to guess.
Play first
Open the daily puzzle. You have 10 guesses on a 3×3 grid. The marks are Correct, Move, and Not needed, as written on the rules page. The answer stays off the screen while you still have guesses left. That is the game. A written solution above the board would make the guesses decorative.
If you want help that is not a spoiler, use hints. They talk about keeping Correct cells, moving ingredients that belong somewhere else, and dropping materials the recipe does not use. They do not name today’s pattern. If you want reps before you spend today’s guesses, play Unlimited. Those rounds are different recipes, and they do not change your daily streak. Your unfinished daily board remains in this browser.
Past answers are not catalogued here either. You can play an earlier UTC date from the archive or with ?puzzle=YYYY-MM-DD when that date is today or earlier. The recipe for that day stays hidden until you finish. Future dates do not open, so this site does not leak an answer that is not live yet.
After you finish
When you solve the puzzle, or when you use all 10 guesses, the round ends and the pattern you were chasing can be seen on the board. That reveal is tied to your result. It is not a standing article that the next visitor can scroll to at breakfast. If you want a record, use Share or the download on the result. You will get marks and the date identity of the daily, not a public answer key for tomorrow.
Stats in this browser remember finished daily games: whether you solved them, and how many guesses you used. They are not a list of recipes. Clearing site data clears the stats. It does not move the UTC clock, and it does not publish the answer on this URL.
Hard mode does not hide or reveal the answer differently. It only locks Correct slots, including a Correct empty slot, while you are still guessing. Read hard mode if that lock is what felt like a missing feature. Why not post the recipe?
A hardcoded recipe would be wrong after the next UTC reset and would spoil the shared daily for everyone still playing. Finish the round on the board if you want to see the pattern.
